How to upload your NPS data with the Excel import template
If you're not using one of our integrations with Satismeter or Delighted, you are able to import your NPS data directly into Planhat by using our NPS Excel import template. The instructions below explain how to locate the NPS import section and how to import your data.
📌 Important to note: This will override any existing NPS scores and update them with the new data you've imported.
